Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a DeFi Investment Analyst. This role focuses on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities within the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the broader cryptocurrency market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in DeFi protocols, conducting market and technical analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with DeFi founders, developers, and industry stakeholders
- Perform due diligence, prepare investment memos, and support deal structuring and execution
- Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and industry connections
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies in the DeFi space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess investment risks and opportunities
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or related fields
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi protocols
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field
