Job Description
The Visual Motion Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs that enhance our brand identity and product experience. This role requires a creative professional who can deliver high-quality design solutions across various platforms and media.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design for company branding and products, including APP illustrations, H5 pages, and marketing materials.
- Develop innovative design solutions tailored to different business scenarios to elevate brand image and communication effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to define visual language, establish design standards, and ensure consistent implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry developments while maintaining excellent aesthetic judgment.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance user experience and brand storytelling.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual design, with preference given to candidates with degrees in Visual Communication, Art Design, or Multimedia Design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and creative thinking with ability to deliver high-quality design solutions independently.
- Solid animation and video production skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D design is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in financial industry projects is a plus.
- International project experience will be considered an advantage.
