Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing product strategic planning based on company strategy and creating a first-class product experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product strategic planning based on company strategy and create a first-class product experience.
- Responsible for the strategic and development planning of the exchange's product line, setting goals, and leading the team to break down tasks while controlling overall progress.
- Coordinate and drive other upstream and downstream related teams, such as technology, market operations, and business, to implement product solutions in an orderly and stable manner.
- Control product details, manage product iteration progress, and ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Monitor and optimize key business indicators, taking responsibility for the core data metrics of the product.
- Quickly understand industry development trends and competitor dynamics, gaining insights into user mindset and demand formation to adjust and optimize product strategy directions.
- Build and lead a first-class product team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align product vision with company goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional teams, including technology, market operations, and business units.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and optimize key business indicators.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and competitor dynamics, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
