Job Description
This role focuses on driving the growth and success of Web3 public chains through strategic operations, community building, and ecosystem expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies to enhance the public chain's ecosystem, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies for Web3 public chains to promote the growth and prosperity of the public chain ecosystem.
- Responsible for the construction and operation of public chain communities, enhancing community activity and user stickiness.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to enhance the brand awareness and influence of the public chain.
- Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with developers, project partners, investment institutions, etc., and expand ecological cooperation.
- Track and analyze public chain operation data, develop and optimize operational strategies.
- Manage the operations team, set team goals, and supervise implementation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain operations, preferably with Web3 or public chain projects.
