Job Description:
About this position: Responsible for the establishment, optimization, and operation of the group's overall expense management system, covering core modules such as expense policy formulation, process control, system optimization, and special analysis. As the COE (Center of Excellence) role in expense management, you will drive the standardization, compliance, and digitalization of group expenses, continuously improving audit efficiency, risk control capabilities, and management precision to provide strong support for rapid business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- COE Function: Develop, optimize, and implement group expense policies and document review standards, providing daily problem-solving guidance and handling special cases.
- Expense Management & Special Analysis: Conduct preliminary reviews, monitoring, and management of expense operations, promote closed-loop management of expense items, and lead follow-ups and resolutions of pending matters. Perform group-wide expense analysis, deliver management insights, and drive rationalization of expense structures and cost control objectives.
- IT System Optimization & Management: Oversee the creation, design, optimization, and bug fixes for expense control systems, leasing systems, and related IT processes to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Execution: Coordinate resources across finance, business, legal, and administrative departments to advance expense management projects and process improvements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, auditing, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or USCPA are preferred. Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- 5+ years of financial work experience, including 2+ years in expense management or financial shared services, with exposure to multi-regional, multi-product complex expense accounting. Experience in internet or fintech industries is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end corporate expense processes and relevant tax policies, solid financial expertise, risk control awareness, and proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, expense control systems, OA) and Excel for data analysis.
- Financial BP experience, capable of understanding business logic to support departmental budgeting, cost analysis, and operational decisions.
- Strong cross-functional communication, project execution, and problem-solving skills to independently drive complex matters to resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with overseas tax regulations and corporate expense control processes, familiarity with cross-border expense management scenarios.
- Background in large conglomerates or global financial operations.
- Involvement in expense system implementation, process optimization, or financial digital transformation projects.
