Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute retail and developer relations events in Greater China, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, to build and sustain partnerships with industry stakeholders.
 - Initiate cold outreach to new projects, identifying potential collaborators and establishing meaningful relationships through targeted communication strategies.
 - Monitor and support projects by tracking their progress on-chain, analyzing their needs for incentives, and providing recommendations to ensure continued success and growth.
 - Develop and prepare educational materials in Chinese to facilitate developer relations activities, ensuring clarity and relevance for the target audience.
 - Collaborate on marketing efforts that align with both retail and developer-centric goals, creating content and campaigns to drive engagement and visibility.
 - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Greater China region, contributing to data-driven decision-making for growth strategies.
 - Coordinate with internal teams to align event planning and marketing initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and impact.
 - Provide feedback and insights to refine existing programs, enhancing their effectiveness in fostering community growth and developer engagement.
 - Support the creation of onboarding processes for new projects, ensuring smooth integration into the existing ecosystem and long-term partnership sustainability.
 - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry developments, leveraging this knowledge to improve outreach and relationship management strategies.
 
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Chinese language for communication, documentation, and educational material creation.
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with developers, retail partners, and internal stakeholders.
 - Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
