- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies and experiments across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization - Responsible for campaign setup, execution, reporting, and optimization to drive performance indicators with game objectives - Test, discover, and untap new paid and organic acquisition channels - Drive community-led growth efforts- Work closely with community management and creative teams to create and manage campaigns and events to drive new audiences- Build and manage relationships with partners and vendors to expand our reach and maximize growth opportunities- Provide optimal budget forecasting and/or allocations recommendations across programmatic and/or paid social media channels, leveraging first-party and any third-party data, with the focus of achieving maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency
