Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing modules independently based on product requirements, participating in interface design, database modeling, and core logic implementation.
- Develop, optimize, and fix bugs for business systems to ensure system stability and performance.
- Write high-quality, readable, and testable Go code, and use Python for auxiliary development when needed.
- Participate in interface debugging, unit testing, and integration testing to support system deployment and release.
- Complete system splitting, module refactoring, and performance optimization tasks under guidance.
- Proactively identify issues and propose improvement solutions, focusing on code maintainability and scalability.
- Use Python to write scripts or tools for data processing, automation tasks, operation support, or internal tool development.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years of Golang development experience.
- Proficient in Go language fundamentals, standard libraries, and common frameworks (GoZero, Gorm, GoFrame).
- Familiar with databases (MySQL, Redis), message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and caching mechanisms.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and knowledge of gRPC, RESTful, API gateways, etc.
- Experience with Linux development and deployment, Git, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong coding habits, unit testing awareness, and documentation skills.
- Basic Python programming skills for script development, data processing, or auxiliary service development.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with high-concurrency business or trading systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Practical experience in Go performance optimization and GC tuning.
- Knowledge of Python libraries (requests, pandas, asyncio) and experience in automation, data processing, or toolchain development.
- Experience working with both Go and Python in multi-language projects.
