Job Description
As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain-related transaction functionalities and platform services. Your role will focus on ensuring system reliability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain blockchain transaction features and related functionalities
- Handle data processing and platform development to ensure service availability in production environments
- Optimize the entire R&D process by implementing continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated deployment solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and industry trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications or related fields
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental computer science concepts
- Proficiency in Go programming language and asynchronous programming paradigms
- Experience with MySQL, Redis, and other common databases, as well as message queues like Kafka
- Understanding of business decoupling and complex state management in high-concurrency scenarios
- Familiarity with EVM and Solidity basics (experience with on-chain transactions is a plus)
- Curiosity about new technologies and strong self-learning capabilities
- Ownership mentality and ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Previous experience in blockchain development or cryptocurrency projects
