Job Description
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between our core product and the on-chain trading community. You will not only promote new features but also act as a translator of user needs and a driver of growth experiments. You'll immerse yourself in Crypto Twitter (CT) and Telegram communities, communicating complex features in the most degen-friendly language while using data to drive product iterations and enhance user trading volume and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Growth & Full-Cycle Operations
- Version Management: Oversee end-to-end operations for version releases (v2.3.x+), creating bilingual (English/Chinese) promotional content for X/TG.
- Content Tone: Maintain a "short, sharp, and degen-friendly" brand voice that instantly resonates with traders' pain points.
- Education Ecosystem: Systematically develop Feature Education content (short video scripts, tutorials, pro-tips) to lower adoption barriers and increase feature penetration.
- User Feedback Loop & Demand Mining
- Sentiment Monitoring: Track real-time feedback on TG, X, and app stores, establishing structured user feedback mechanisms.
- Product Advocacy: Transform frequent bugs, feature suggestions, and competitor insights into actionable PRDs, regularly aligning priorities with R&D/product teams.
- High-Net-Worth Engagement: Build deep connections with KOLs and whales, converting their insights into product improvements.
- Data Analysis & Growth Strategy
- KPI Ownership: Monitor core metrics (feature adoption, retention, conversion, activity) to produce insightful weekly reports.
- Self-Service Analysis: Use SQL/Superset for attribution analysis to uncover "who uses what, why, and why not".
- Strategy Development: Initiate targeted campaigns, tutorial optimizations, or feature retirement proposals based on data insights.
- Market Collaboration & Ecosystem Co-Creation
- Campaign Execution: Lead trading competitions, Agentic Mode challenges, and KOL collaborations from design to implementation.
- Content Ecosystem: Partner with CT Callers, Meme projects, and on-chain analysts for co-created content that amplifies brand influence in the Trench community.
Job Requirements
- Native On-Chain Player
- Beyond trading - a tool power user proficient in GMGN, Axiom, Photon, or BullX.
- Understands crypto jargon and underlying logic: predicts Bonding Curve movements, Sniper-Bundler dynamics, and post-Migration trends.
- Exceptional Content & Communication Skills
- Bilingual (English/Chinese) - crafts viral CT threads and in-depth Chinese community posts.
- Strong Product Sense & Logic
- Deconstructs competitors' logic to identify improvement opportunities.
- Simplifies complex tech features into relatable trading scenarios.
- Results-Driven Execution
- Thrives in Web3's fast pace, delivering quality under tight deadlines while managing crises calmly.

- Web3 community ops experience at notable projects or independently grown influential social accounts.
- Advanced data skills: builds Dune Dashboards and identifies trading signals via on-chain data.
