Job Description
The position focuses on card payment solutions and requires expertise in developing and maintaining card payment systems. The role involves working on core business functionalities and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of payment processing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Business Development: Responsible for Golang backend development of the company's card payment/issuing systems, including but not limited to card issuance, card accounts, authorization, clearing & settlement, transaction processing, billing, and benefits modules.
- Card Transaction Chain Construction: Participate in the design and development of the entire card transaction chain, understanding and handling core transaction processes such as authorization, reversal, capture, refund, and reconciliation.
- Architecture Design and Optimization: Engage in system architecture design, participate in understanding/migrating legacy systems, and continuously iterate and optimize performance to ensure high availability, consistency, and stability of financial systems.
- Technical Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and bottlenecks in system operations, improve system throughput and response speed, and ensure fund security and data accuracy under high concurrency.
- Quality Assurance: Continuously produce standardized technical documentation, strictly control code quality, conduct code reviews, and write unit/integration test cases.
Job Requirements
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years of Golang/Java development experience.
- Experience in card issuing systems, card payment systems, or card transaction processing (strongly preferred).
- Understanding of crypto fundamentals; prior experience in crypto transactions/payments is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Golang/Java, concurrent programming, Linux operations, and data structures; familiarity with k8s and computer networks.
- Expertise in MySQL (including SQL performance tuning) and Redis (with solutions for cache breakdown, penetration, and avalanche). Experience with Kafka for system decoupling and asynchronous processing.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, gRPC, Protobuf, and microservices governance (e.g., service registration/discovery, circuit breaking, rate limiting, distributed tracing).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to leverage AI tools like Claude Code/Codex to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Crypto Card/payment application risk control.
- Background in licensed card issuers, acquirers, third-party payments, or Card Processor systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 8583/ISO 20022 messaging or integration with card networks/issuing partners.
- Experience in crypto deposits/withdrawals, Crypto Cards, or fiat on/off-ramp services.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance/security standards.
- Experience in building payment systems from scratch or migrating core systems.
