Card Payment Direction
This position focuses on developing and maintaining card payment and card issuance systems using Golang. The role involves working on core business modules and ensuring high-performance transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Business Development: Responsible for Golang backend development of card payment/card issuance systems, including but not limited to card issuance, card accounts, authorization, clearing & settlement, transaction processing, billing, and benefits modules.
- Card Transaction Pipeline Construction: Participate in the design and development of end-to-end card transaction processes, handling core workflows such as authorization, reversal, capture, refund, and reconciliation.
- Architecture Design & Optimization: Contribute to system architecture design, legacy system migration, continuous iteration, and performance tuning to ensure high availability, consistency, and stability of financial systems.
- Technical Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and bottlenecks in system operations, improving throughput and response times while ensuring fund security and data accuracy under high concurrency.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain standardized technical documentation, enforce code quality through code reviews, and develop unit/integration test cases.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of Golang/Java development experience
- Experience with card issuance systems/card payment systems/card transaction processing (strongly preferred)
- Understanding of crypto fundamentals (experience with crypto transactions/payments preferred)
Technical Skills
- Fundamentals: Proficient in Golang/Java syntax, concurrent programming, Linux operations, data structures, with knowledge of k8s and computer networks
- Storage & Middleware: Expert in MySQL with SQL optimization skills; proficient with Redis and solutions for cache breakdown/penetration/avalanche; experienced with Kafka for system decoupling
- Distributed Systems: Familiar with microservices architecture, gRPC, Protobuf, and service governance (service discovery, circuit breaking, rate limiting, distributed tracing)
- Cloud Native: Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- AI Integration: Skilled in using AI tools like Claude Code/Codex to enhance development workflows and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Crypto Card/payment application risk control
- Background in licensed card issuers/acquirers/third-party payment processors/Card Processor systems
- Familiarity with ISO 8583/ISO 20022 messaging or card network/issuer partner interfaces
- Experience with crypto deposits/withdrawals, Crypto Cards, or fiat on/off-ramp services
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance/security standards
- Experience building payment systems from scratch or migrating core systems
