Job Description
The Contract Business Complaint Operations role is responsible for enhancing user experience in contract trading, requiring expertise in contract mechanisms and complaint resolution solutions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining platform integrity while driving continuous product improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand contract product mechanisms (leverage, liquidation, funding rates, etc.) and continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory policies, and competitor dynamics
- Analyze user trading behaviors and needs to produce product optimization and market opportunity reports
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and trading disputes (liquidation controversies, system issues, etc.) to minimize negative impact
- Ensure all operational activities comply with financial regulations and requirements
- Collect user feedback and propose functional improvement suggestions to product teams (e.g., trading interface, order types)
- Participate in new product planning by providing operational perspective and requirements input
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial derivatives/cryptocurrency contract operations with deep understanding of futures/options trading mechanisms
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) with strong data-driven mindset
- Prior experience in cryptocurrency exchange contract operations is mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between technical teams and end users
