This position is responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of a dynamic company, with a focus on blockchain technology and digital asset management. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with company owners to develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support business growth and innovation
- Lead the planning and execution of the token launch in 2023, including market analysis, regulatory compliance, and investor relations
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards
- Develop and maintain a robust cash flow projection process to ensure adequate capital for operational needs and strategic investments
- Create detailed analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Manage the annual planning process and long-term business planning, aligning financial goals with organizational objectives
- Act as the primary liaison with banking institutions, managing financial relationships and ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and increase overall profitability

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in financial strategy development and execution, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry
