Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination: Independently manage the entire lifecycle of offline events including annual planning, budgeting, venue selection, guest invitations, and agenda design.
- Strategic Campaigns: Develop diverse event formats leveraging industry trends and corporate strategy to drive user acquisition and agent recruitment.
- Marketing Execution: Implement promotional plans to enhance brand visibility and participant engagement.
- On-site Management: Oversee venue setup, program execution, VIP接待, and contingency handling to ensure flawless operations and premium attendee experience.
- Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs (e.g., CSAT, lead conversion, ROI), conduct post-event evaluations, and optimize strategies through data insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with marketing, branding, business, and product teams to maintain strategic coherence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in operations/event planning, preferably with offline event experience in financial services (wealth management forums, private banking summits, salons).
- Proven expertise in growth operations and user incentive mechanisms, with successful execution of 100+ attendee events from conception.
- Strong logical thinking, stress tolerance, and project management skills with cross-department coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, data dashboards, and productivity suites (Excel/Notion).
