1. Global Vision & Experience System Construction: Lead the UI/UX architecture upgrade and brand visual positioning for the GMGN product line, creating an ultra-smooth, high-throughput, and highly Web3-native (Degen/Meme) culture-infused high-frequency trading interface.
2. Data & Trading Scenario-Driven Design: Deeply understand on-chain DEX, Pump.fun trading mechanisms, large-order flows, and hot-tracking, transforming complex geeky data dashboards into intuitive, millisecond-responsive user interaction experiences.
3. Cutting-Edge Technology & AI Integration: Explore AI-assisted design and intelligent interactions (e.g., visualization of AI Agent trading decision support), guiding the team to adopt high-efficiency AI collaboration workflows.
4. Team Management & Ownership Execution: As the design team Owner, establish efficient cross-departmental SOPs, ensuring high-quality rapid delivery with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Job Requirements
- Senior Design Management Experience: 5+ years of design experience at renowned internet/Web3 platforms, with 2+ years in team management, and proven ability to lead the design implementation of financial products serving millions/billions of users from scratch.
- Strong Web3/Meme DNA: A seasoned on-chain player with deep understanding and sharp visual instincts for Meme coin launches, hot-spot discovery, candlestick charts, and agile trading experiences.
- Exceptional UX/UI & Geek Aesthetics: Obsessive pursuit of high-density information hierarchy, Dark Mode visual excellence, and Micro-interaction details.
- AI Tools & Self-Driven Evolution: Proficient in cutting-edge tools like Midjourney, Cursor, and Figma AI, with strong self-motivation and resilience to thrive in a decentralized, fast-paced startup environment.
