Global Visual & Experience System Construction: Lead the UI/UX architecture upgrade and brand visual positioning for the GMGN product line, creating an ultra-smooth, high-throughput, and highly Web3-native (Degen/Meme) cultural high-frequency trading interface. 2. Data & Trading Scenario-Driven Design: Deeply understand on-chain DEX, Pump.fun trading mechanisms, large-order flows, and hot-tracking, transforming complex geeky data dashboards into intuitive, second-level responsive user interaction experiences. 3. Cutting-Edge Technology & AI Integration: Explore AI-assisted design and intelligent interaction (e.g., visualization of AI Agent trading decision support), guiding the team to adopt high-efficiency AI collaboration workflows. 4. Team Management & Ownership Execution: As the design team Owner, establish efficient cross-departmental SOPs and ensure high-quality rapid delivery with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end design process for high-frequency trading interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations.
- Implement AI-driven design tools to enhance productivity and innovation within the team.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in UI/UX design, particularly for Web3 and financial products.
Job Requirements
- Senior Design Management Experience: 5+ years of design experience at renowned internet/Web3 platforms, with 2+ years in team management. Proven track record of leading design implementations for financial products with millions of users.
- Strong Web3/Meme DNA: Deep involvement in on-chain activities, with a profound understanding of Meme coin launches, trend spotting, candlestick charts, and agile trading experiences.
- Exceptional UX/UI & Geek Aesthetics: Obsessive attention to high-density information hierarchy, Dark Mode visuals, and micro-interactions.
- AI Tools & Self-Driven Evolution: Proficiency in advanced tools like Midjourney, Cursor, and Figma AI. Strong self-motivation and resilience to thrive in a decentralized, fast-paced startup environment.
