1. Global Vision & Experience System Construction: Lead the UI/UX architecture upgrade and brand visual positioning for the GMGN product line, creating an ultra-smooth, high-throughput, and highly Web3-native (Degen/Meme) culture-infused high-frequency trading interface.
2. Data & Trading Scenario-Driven Design: Deeply understand on-chain DEX, Pump.fun trading mechanisms, large-order flows, and hot-spot tracking, transforming complex geeky data dashboards into intuitive, second-level responsive user interaction experiences.
3. Cutting-Edge Technology & AI Integration: Explore AI-assisted design and intelligent interactions (e.g., visualization of AI Agent trading decision support), leading the team to adopt high-efficiency AI collaboration workflows.
4. Team Management & Ownership Execution: As the design team Owner, establish efficient cross-departmental SOPs, ensuring high-quality rapid delivery with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end design process for GMGN product lines, ensuring alignment with Web3-native aesthetics and functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex trading mechanisms into user-friendly interfaces.
- Drive innovation by integrating AI tools into the design workflow, optimizing efficiency and creativity.
- Mentor and manage the design team, fostering a culture of excellence and rapid iteration.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience in top-tier internet/Web3 platforms, with 2+ years in team management.
- Proven track record of leading design for financial products with millions of users from 0 to 1.
- Deep understanding of Web3/Meme culture, including Meme coin launches, hot-spot discovery, and agile trading experiences.
- Exceptional UX/UI skills with a geeky aesthetic, particularly in high-density information hierarchy, Dark Mode visuals, and micro-interactions.
- Proficiency in AI tools like Midjourney, Cursor, and Figma AI, with strong self-motivation and resilience in a decentralized, fast-paced startup environment.
