Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Client Support Manager to deliver exceptional service to high-value institutional and VIP clients in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency sector. The ideal candidate must thrive under pressure, adapt quickly to changes, and consistently exceed client expectations. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required, along with deep expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and trading operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary liaison for institutional/VIP clients to ensure seamless trading experiences
  • Provide expert guidance on trading activities, platform functionalities, and technical troubleshooting
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions before issues arise
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues efficiently and drive process improvements
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships
  • Analyze market data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and service metrics
  • Stay current with cryptocurrency regulations and industry best practices
Job Requirements
  • Proven success as an institutional account manager in crypto/blockchain/financial services
  • Exceptional track record in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Superior communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Strong relationship management, problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Deep understanding of crypto markets, blockchain mechanics, trading strategies and risk management
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours including weekends and evenings
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with focus on results
  • Technical aptitude to understand trading platforms and APIs
Language Requirements
Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
