Job Description
Chaos Labs is seeking a dynamic content strategist to shape and refine its core brand voice and identity across diverse platforms. This role will focus on creating compelling content that educates and informs professional audiences about decentralized finance (DeFi) risks, while maintaining a consistent and impactful narrative. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align content creation with business objectives and industry trends. Responsibilities include developing content strategies that position Chaos Labs as a leading authority in the DeFi space, as well as managing brand visibility through strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives. The position also involves overseeing social media platforms to ensure cohesive communication and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and refine the core voice and identity of Chaos Labs across multiple mediums including website content, social media posts, whitepapers, and multimedia assets.
- Create clear, concise, and engaging content tailored for professional audiences, covering topics such as DeFi risk analysis, market trends, and technical insights through articles, reports, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technical departments to ensure content aligns with business goals, product launches, and industry developments.
- Develop and execute content strategies that establish Chaos Labs as a thought leader in the DeFi sector, focusing on thought leadership pieces, educational resources, and industry commentary.
- Drive external visibility by building relationships with media outlets, conference organizers, and industry influencers to enhance brand exposure and credibility.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Twitter, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analytics to maintain a strong online presence.
- Conduct research on DeFi risk trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to ensure content remains relevant and authoritative.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content is visually appealing and technically optimized for various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry developments to ensure content remains innovative and forward-thinking.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, strategy development, and brand communication within the fintech or blockchain industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional-grade content for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, risk management frameworks, and blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Medium.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content on deadline.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Experience with data analysis tools to track content performance and audience metrics.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
