Junior In House Counsel Working hours: 9am to 6pm Working mode: Remote Work (WFH) Nationality requirements: Malay or Singaporean Job responsibilities: Provide legal advice on business, regulatory, and compliance issues, with a focus on the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure that we comply with relevant laws and regulations in our operational areas. Manage relationships with external legal advisors and assist in handling cross-border legal affairs. Support intellectual property management, including trademark applications and other regulatory requirements. Assist in developing internal policies and legal frameworks to ensure operational compliance. Resolve disputes and provide support for litigation when necessary. Timely grasp the industry regulations and legal trends related to fintech and cryptocurrency.
