1. Manage community drainage, user retention, and activity, plan activities to promote user communication and on-site conversion; 2. CM/MOD recruitment, management, and training; 3. Develop a community growth plan to attract new members, increase community participation and interaction frequency; 4. Seek industry KOLs and community collaborations for joint promotion and cross community activities; 5. Independently plan, organize, and execute activities to ensure the smooth progress of budget and activity details; 6. Conduct research on KOL and community collaboration, and develop operational plans for implementation.
