Key Responsibilities

• Manage community engagement, user retention, and activity levels through strategic planning and execution.
• Recruit, train, and manage Community Moderators (CMs/MODs) to ensure a positive and engaging community environment.
• Develop and implement community growth plans to attract new members and enhance participation and interaction frequency.
• Identify and collaborate with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other communities for joint promotions and cross-community activities.
• Independently plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring smooth operations within budget and logistical constraints.
• Apply proven methodologies to create and implement effective user and community operation strategies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community or event operations, with expertise in community management, user segmentation, and event planning.
• Prior experience in the blockchain industry, with preference given to candidates with exchange operation experience.
• Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Highly attuned to Web3 market trends, familiar with cryptocurrency industry developments and meme culture; capable of fostering and maintaining vibrant community engagement.
