Job Description
We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee and enhance our online community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing community engagement, retention, and growth strategies. You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant and interactive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage community drainage, user retention, and engagement.
 - Plan and execute activities to promote user communication and conversion.
 - Recruit, manage, and train Community Moderators (CM/MOD).
 - Develop and implement a community growth plan to attract new members and increase engagement.
 - Seek collaborations with industry KOLs and other communities for joint promotions and cross-community activities.
 - Independently plan, organize, and execute community events, ensuring smooth budget and event details.
 - Apply a structured methodology to develop and implement effective user/community operation plans.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
 - Strong understanding of user engagement and retention strategies.
 - Ability to recruit, train, and manage community moderators.
 - Experience in planning and executing community events and activities.
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 - Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
