The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in growth hacking, social media strategy, and influencer marketing in the cryptocurrency and DeFi fields. Responsibilities: Twitter&Discord Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase the number of followers, engagement, and brand awareness of Twitter and Discord. Create and manage content to ensure consistent and impactful communication. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement. User growth: Implement innovative growth hacking techniques to drive user acquisition and engagement. Experiment with new tools, technologies, and platforms to maximize coverage and impact. Identify and leverage trends and opportunities in the cryptocurrency and DeFi communities. Collaborate with KOLs: Identify and establish relationships with influential KOLs in the cryptocurrency and DeFi fields. Coordinate and manage influencer activities to promote Yei Finance. Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer collaboration, and adjust strategies as needed. Collaboration with institutions: Collaborate with external marketing agencies to expand the influence and coverage of Yei Finance. Ensure consistency between internal marketing objectives and organizational activities. Evaluate and manage organizational performance to ensure high-quality and effective results. Community engagement: Cultivate a vibrant and highly engaged community on Twitter and Discord. Timely and professionally respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Organize and host community events, AMAs, and other interactive activities. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and influencer activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
