Job Description
We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance trading systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing core modules that power our trading platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop core modules for high-performance trading systems, including market data feed handlers, order processing engines, risk control systems, and matching engines.
- Participate in system architecture design and optimization to improve throughput, stability, and scalability.
- Write high-quality, maintainable C++ code ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Analyze and optimize system performance in multi-threading, memory management, and network communication.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance of trading systems, troubleshooting production issues promptly.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to implement trading strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in low-latency systems development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Experience developing securities, futures, forex or high-frequency trading systems.
- Proficiency with middleware technologies like Kafka, Redis, MySQL and their optimization.
- Expert knowledge of C++11/14/17 standards and familiarity with STL, Boost libraries.
- Strong Linux/Unix system knowledge and debugging/performance optimization skills.
- Experience with multi-threading programming and network programming (TCP/UDP, ZeroMQ, gRPC, shared memory).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and operating system principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FPGA programming or hardware acceleration.
- Knowledge of quantitative trading strategies and market microstructure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
