Job Requirements:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding YEX’s listings pipeline and/or KOL partnerships. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with promising crypto projects while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth listings and successful go-to-market campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the crypto exchange landscape, enjoys deal-making, and has a strong network within the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard high-quality crypto projects for exchange listings.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with project teams and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate listing terms, marketing collaborations, and community campaigns.
- Work closely with product, operations, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure end-to-end support for listings.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging narratives to identify new business opportunities.
- Expand and nurture relationships with project teams, investment institutions, and industry partners.
- Track pipeline progress and contribute to BD performance reporting.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in the crypto or blockchain industry.
- Solid understanding of crypto exchanges and listing processes.
- Proven experience in exchange business development with an existing database of projects, partners, or institutional contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage existing relationships to deliver measurable results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and close deals end-to-end.
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, and results driven with strong market awareness.
- Existing network of KOLs, listing projects, or ecosystem partners.
- Strong interest in market trends, token economics, and Web3 innovation.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
