Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our regional BD team and drive market expansion for contract-based users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local traders, agents, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance trading volume and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional BD team members to achieve market expansion targets for contract users.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local traders, agents, communities, and KOLs.
- Drive regional trading volume growth while improving user activity and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and risk control teams to achieve business objectives.
- Submit regular business progress reports and participate in commission and quarterly incentive settlements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of business development experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, with 2-3 years of BD team management experience (focus on contract business).
- Proven track record of achieving at least $1 billion in monthly trading volume.
- Strong familiarity with Southeast Asian, European, and American cryptocurrency markets; candidates with relevant resources will be prioritized.
- Proficiency in English as a working language and strong teamwork skills.
- Results-driven with excellent execution capabilities and proactive attitude.
