Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the core business of the exchange, establishing and maintaining a global partner network, and achieving hard performance targets such as user growth, trading volume increase, and ecosystem expansion through business negotiations and resource integration. This role ensures all business activities comply with regulatory requirements in target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Web3 projects, institutions, market makers, and other resources to establish partnerships that directly drive key metrics including user acquisition, trading volume growth, and partnership signings.
- Maintain cooperative relationships, oversee end-to-end processes, resolve issues, and maximize ROI of partnerships.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors and regulatory policies to develop expansion strategies that support business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure partnership execution and compliance review, guaranteeing business objectives are met as planned.
- Achieve core performance indicators, monitor channel data, and optimize expansion strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of BD experience in crypto exchanges or Web3 sectors, with quantifiable success cases in user growth and trading volume improvement.
- Possess industry resources in target markets, excel in business negotiations and resource integration, and demonstrate result-driven partnership execution.
- Familiar with cryptocurrency trading mechanisms, DeFi ecosystems, and regulatory policies in target markets; capable of developing high-conversion expansion strategies aligned with products.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (additional languages preferred); strong stress tolerance, goal-oriented mindset, and ability for cross-cultural collaboration and rapid execution.
