Key Responsibilities
- Channel Development & Partnerships: Identify and onboard global/regional crypto channels including KOLs, communities, guilds, agents, quant teams, market makers, asset managers, wallets, traffic sites, and payment institutions.
- Deal Execution: Independently conduct business negotiations, design terms, finalize contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Trading Volume Growth: Develop and execute channel growth strategies to boost registrations, deposits, and trading conversions, with accountability for trading volume, rebate income, and user retention.
- Campaign Management: Organize joint activities, rebate incentives, and trading competitions to maximize partner output.
- Partnership Management: Maintain relationships with core partners, resolve issues, and optimize collaboration efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Monitor channel performance, conduct regular reviews, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, marketing, product, risk control, and tech teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnerships and campaigns.
- Market Insights: Track industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory policies to provide actionable market insights and expansion recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications: 1–3 years of BD/business/sales experience in crypto exchanges, with proven success in spot/derivatives trading volume expansion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, marketing, computer science, or related fields preferred.
- Language: Fluent English (written & spoken); international/multi-regional experience is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Results-driven, strong execution, resilience, self-motivation, and ability to independently drive projects from 0 to 1.
- Negotiation & Collaboration: Excellent business negotiation, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Data Proficiency: Data-sensitive with the ability to analyze metrics and refine strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of CEX spot/derivatives, leverage, market making, and rebate mechanisms.
- Web3 Familiarity: Knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, major exchanges, and community/channel dynamics.
- Preferred Skills: Existing networks with KOLs, communities, agents, quant/market makers, or institutions.
- Experience: Proven track record in building channel systems or managing trading volume growth projects.
- Regional Expertise: Familiarity with specific markets (e.g., SEA, MENA, LATAM, Europe, or North America).
- Finance Background: Prior BD experience in traditional finance (forex/futures/brokerage) is advantageous.
