Job Description
The US Stock BD role exists because US stocks and securities represent one of Gate's most critical growth areas. We are making a serious push into this domain with our established platform, user base, and ambitions. What we need is someone deeply rooted in the securities ecosystem who can open doors, forge the right partnerships, and transform product launches into tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth strategy for Gate's US and global stock business
- Establish partnerships with broker-dealers, liquidity providers, market makers, fintech platforms, and institutional players
- Expand networks of alliance partners, introducing brokers, KOLs, and channel partners to boost user acquisition and trading volume
- Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and regional teams to execute strategies
- Monitor competitors, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the US stock sector
- Support the launch of new stock trading products and features
- Lead and develop a team or serve as a senior IC based on experience and fit
Job Requirements
Must-have Qualifications: - 3+ years of BD, partnerships, or institutional sales experience at brokerage firms, fintech companies, or trading platforms - Deep understanding of US stock market structure and ecosystem - Existing network across brokers, market makers, fintech firms, or institutional clients - Proven track record in driving revenue, partnerships, or user growth - Fluent in English with ability to collaborate seamlessly with global cross-functional teams Nice-to-have Qualifications: - Experience leading BD or partnership teams - Background in global exchanges, online brokerages, or fintech trading platforms - Familiarity with stocks, ETFs, options, margin, or multi-asset products - Experience operating affiliate or IB growth programs
