Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive institutional client acquisition and relationship management globally. This role will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening partnerships in the digital asset space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to establish and maintain relationships with global institutional clients
- Oversee all aspects of client acquisition including outreach, commercial negotiations, account onboarding and relationship management
- Prepare and organize client due diligence documentation for Cactus to ensure smooth account opening processes
- Serve as company representative in communications with regulatory bodies (particularly the Monetary Authority of Singapore - MAS) and key industry partners
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand institutional client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance and Operations to achieve business objectives
Job Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in blockchain/digital assets industry
- Understanding of institutional client needs and account opening procedures
- Knowledge of Singapore's regulatory environment for digital assets
- Detail-oriented, patient and meticulous in handling client requirements
- Strong learning capability and excellent teamwork spirit
- Ability to work independently in overseas client acquisition
