Job Description
As a Business Development Representative specializing in blockchain exchanges, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and driving strategic partnerships within the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with potential clients and collaborators across both centralized (Cex) and decentralized (Dex) exchanges.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze blockchain industry trends to identify high-potential Cex and Dex projects for collaboration.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate market-making services for quality exchange projects, ensuring timely completion of quarterly and monthly targets.
- Represent GateKeeper in expanding industry channels and maintaining productive relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients and partners.
- Stay informed about local industry developments and competitor activities, formulating responsive action strategies.
- Enhance platform reputation and establish a strong market presence through strategic business development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience in cryptocurrency industry with mandatory exchange listing experience.
- Results-driven professional with proven track record of successful business cases or measurable achievements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and resource conversion capabilities with demonstrated passion for the industry.
- Active participation in industry events and strong professional network.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese.
