Employment Type: #Full-time Open Position: #Business Development #Marketing Key Responsibilities:
- Business Expansion & Partnership Development – Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, KOLs, DAOs, trading communities, and institutional investors.
- Sales & Business Growth – Drive platform user growth, negotiate cooperation agreements, and ensure long-term partnerships for sustainable revenue.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Formulation – Research industry trends and competitor dynamics, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Industry Resource Expansion – Represent the company at Web3 conferences and community events, building deep connections via Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and other channels.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align BD strategies with overall company objectives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory) to facilitate seamless international collaboration.
- Web3 Industry Experience – Minimum 1 year of experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, GameFi, or related fields.
- Business Development Experience – Proven track record in BD, sales, market expansion, or investment, with existing Web3 industry connections.
- Strong Ambition & Goal-Driven – Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in seeking opportunities, solving problems, and adapting to fast-paced industry changes.
- Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to build trust with diverse partners and foster long-term cooperation.
- Self-Motivated – Capable of independently planning and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Web3 Network Preferred – Candidates with connections to crypto KOLs, investment firms, project teams, or communities will be prioritized.
