Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Introduction of KOLs and Communities: Identify, engage, negotiate, and introduce trading KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and use our platform.
 - Expansion of cooperative relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with traders, signal groups, and cryptocurrency communities, and encourage continued use of the platform.
 - External liaison and negotiation: Conduct cold start external liaison and negotiate cooperation with potential partners.
 - Growth project support: Assist in designing and executing recommendation plans, rebate plans, and various promotional activities to attract and retain users.
 - Market research: Continuously monitor trends in the cryptocurrency industry, updates on competitor exchanges, and the development of emerging KOLs and trading communities.
 - Cross team collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth introduction processes and continuous user engagement.
 - Performance tracking: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of collaborative relationships, including key indicators such as user acquisition and engagement.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or community engagement within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
 - Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and trading communities.
 - Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
 - Experience in designing and executing promotional campaigns or incentive programs.
 - Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer service.
 - Analytical skills to track performance metrics and report on partnership effectiveness.
 - Knowledge of cryptocurrency trading platforms and industry trends is highly desirable.
