Job Description:
Responsible for channel expansion in Chinese and Southeast Asian markets, including collaborations with KOLs, communities, trading teams, agents, media, and local resources.
Build and operate local communities to enhance brand awareness and trading conversion among Southeast Asian users.
Drive the growth of contract trading users in Southeast Asia, covering registration, KYC, deposits, trading, and retention.
Design, execute, and analyze KOL/community collaboration plans and campaigns in Southeast Asia.
Assist in localizing content, including promotional materials, campaign copy, community scripts, and user education content.
Regularly produce reports on Southeast Asian market resources, collaboration progress, trading data, and growth analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand partnerships with KOLs, trading communities, and local agents in target markets.
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to boost user engagement.
- Monitor and optimize channel performance metrics (registration, deposits, trading volume).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asia's crypto market, with preference given to candidates with experience in derivatives, KOLs, or community resources.
- Results-driven mindset with accountability for key metrics (registrations, deposits, trading volume).
- Existing network of Southeast Asian/Chinese-speaking KOLs, trading communities, or local partners is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and at least one Southeast Asian language (Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese).
- Minimum 2 years experience in crypto business development or community operations.
