Job Description
The primary role involves developing and maintaining KOL (Key Opinion Leader) resources to drive end-users to complete account openings, asset deposits (AUM), futures trading, and spot trading on Nexo. The candidate will independently achieve monthly KPI targets (such as AUM balance and futures trading volume) and regularly track and report performance data. Additionally, adherence to platform compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and KYC assistance regulations is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs to promote Nexo's services, including account openings, AUM deposits, futures, and spot trading.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, focusing on AUM retention and futures trading volume, with regular performance reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with platform regulations, including AML and KYC protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize KOL strategies and enhance user acquisition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach and engagement tactics.
Job Requirements
- Preference given to candidates with existing AUM or futures trading resources—i.e., those who already possess a network of KOLs or high-net-worth clients with real funds/trading volume, capable of delivering immediate results upon hiring.
- Prior experience in business development (BD) or channel operations within the cryptocurrency exchange industry (e.g., Matrixport, OKX, Bybit, HTX, Bitget) is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of KOL ecosystems and private community operations, with an established network of KOL/influencer collaborations.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency AUM deposits, lending, and futures products, with the ability to clearly explain product logic to KOLs/clients.
- Must be trustworthy and adaptable to a performance-based structure with a strong link between base salary and results, including a "rank-and-yank" evaluation system.
Benefits
The position offers a competitive base salary (up to 6,000 USDT per month) with uncapped performance-based commissions. This role operates under a "cooperation agreement" rather than a traditional employment contract, providing flexibility in work hours and an independent working arrangement.
