Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract BD/BD Lead/BD Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing partnerships with channels and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). This role requires deep expertise in expanding the contract market in specific countries, with a focus on strategic growth and market penetration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the company's global expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the contract market in targeted regions.
- Identify and establish partnerships with channels and KOLs to drive business growth.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners and clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Based in Europe, Latin America, CIS, or Turkey (foreign BD professionals preferred).
- Proven experience in deeply expanding overseas contract markets.
- Ability to provide screenshots or proof of trading volume data.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Korean, English, Indonesian Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, or Filipino.
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
