Brand Operations (Chinese-speaking Region)
Position Overview
Participate in the brand building of the exchange in the Chinese-speaking region and enhance its influence in the Greater China market.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Planning: Assist in formulating brand positioning and communication strategies for the Chinese-speaking region to enhance the exchange's brand awareness and influence in simplified and traditional Chinese markets.
- Content Planning & Execution: Responsible for planning and publishing content on the official website, social media, and community platforms in the Chinese-speaking region, ensuring alignment with target user habits and cultural characteristics.
- Community & Event Operations: Oversee online/offline brand activities, including AMAs, community interactions, hackathons, and partnership promotions to boost user engagement and brand loyalty.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, product, and community teams to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns and content.
- Data Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze brand communication, community activities, and marketing data in the Chinese-speaking region to continuously refine strategies and content effectiveness.
- Partnership Management: Assist in managing brand-related partnerships to drive joint marketing and promotional initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in brand operations, marketing, or event planning, with preference for candidates in crypto/fintech industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media, and content operations in Chinese-speaking regions, with hands-on experience.
- Excellent copywriting skills and creative thinking, capable of independently planning and executing brand projects.
- Strong cross-department communication and teamwork abilities, with high stress tolerance.
- Proficiency in Chinese (simplified and traditional) to create regionally tailored content.
- Strong English skills preferred for international collaboration and multilingual communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., social media monitoring, Google Analytics).
- Background in international event planning, online community management, or cross-regional brand promotion.
