Job Description:
EVM Routing Engineer Position Overview Transaction routing is the core decision-making layer for on-chain transaction execution. The system needs to enumerate feasible paths from liquidity venues across EVM chains (ETH/BSC/Base etc.), complete on-chain price inquiries, and prioritize optimal routes within milliseconds, generating transactions ready for signing and broadcasting. These transactions are executed through our proprietary aggregated routing contract for multi-hop and order splitting. The output of this role directly determines users' final execution prices, with end-to-end responsibility spanning both server-side and contract-side development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routing Engine Core: Design and implement the core routing pipeline including liquidity pool discovery and transaction construction, continuously optimizing path quality and end-to-end latency.
- DEX/Launchpad Integration (Contract & Server Side): Handle end-to-end integration of new DEXs and token launch platforms by implementing their pricing and execution logic in the aggregated routing contract, while adapting server-side pool models, pricing, and transaction construction to deliver fully validated on-chain capabilities.
- Quality Assurance & Production Diagnostics: Establish verification mechanisms for routing quality and continuously iterate to optimize performance.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of Go server-side development experience with capability to design and implement low-latency, high-concurrency services, familiar with concurrency orchestration, timeout/degradation strategies, caching and batching techniques.
- Deep understanding of mainstream DEX pricing mechanisms, mastering core mathematical models and state structures of Uniswap V2/V3/V4 and their ecosystem forks. Must comprehend how multi-hop routing, order splitting and slippage affect final execution prices, with thorough research into typical Launchpad (bonding curve-based token issuance platforms) pricing and issuance mechanisms.
- Solid on-chain interaction engineering skills: proficient in ABI encoding/decoding and batch calls, mastering eth_call, gas estimation, state override and transaction tracing techniques, capable of independently conducting on-chain issue forensics and reproduction.
- Solidity development and debugging capability: able to understand and modify execution/pricing logic in aggregated routing contracts, familiar with Foundry's fork testing process, with security awareness for fund-related logic and verification habits through on-chain evidence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AI-native engineering habits: proficient in using AI coding tools like Claude Code for development and troubleshooting, understanding their limitations while maintaining verification awareness; able to transform reusable processes and domain knowledge into team assets to elevate collective (not just individual) efficiency.
- Capability to independently develop and audit aggregated routing contracts with practical security experience.
- Familiarity with MEV mechanisms and transaction execution optimization, understanding sandwich attacks and their prevention.
- Development experience with mainstream DEX aggregators, or practical experience in pathfinding, order splitting and pricing quality optimization.
