Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our CEX exchange platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust performance.
- Lead the development and iteration of our Android applications, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Optimize the existing application architecture, foundational frameworks, and modular design to enhance performance and user experience.
- Continuously improve key mobile performance metrics such as loading speed, stability, and memory usage to ensure smooth operation across various devices.
- Quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues during development to maintain efficient iteration cycles.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to drive the end-to-end development of new features from prototyping to launch.
Job Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of mobile development experience and a proven track record of complete app development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Android platform development, with expertise in Kotlin and Java. Experience with Flutter is a strong plus.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and network protocols, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Hands-on experience in performance optimization, memory management, and UI rendering optimization, with a focus on code quality and performance.
- Excellent system design skills, capable of independently designing and implementing modular architectures for complex systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high sense of responsibility and execution capability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Flutter development is highly desirable.
- Prior involvement in large-scale projects, core architecture design, or contributions to open-source projects is a significant advantage.
