Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Content and Community Specialist. This role focuses on promoting our decentralized exchange (DEX) platform through high-quality content creation, community engagement, and strategic user growth initiatives. You will play a key role in expanding our brand exposure and driving user adoption in the DeFi and Crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Promotion: Create and publish high-quality DEX-related content (articles, videos, live streams, tweets, etc.) to enhance brand exposure.
- Educational Content: Based on market trends, write professional and easy-to-understand DeFi/DEX educational content to expand user awareness.
- Community Operations and Growth: Maintain and activate communities such as Telegram, Twitter (X), WeChat, Discord, etc., to enhance user engagement.
- Community Events: Organize AMA, interactive discussions, and Q&A sessions to attract potential users to join the DEX ecosystem.
- User Growth & Leads Accumulation: Guide potential users to register and trade through personal influence, and improve DEX's user retention rate.
- Customer Acquisition: Plan and execute new customer acquisition activities, such as airdrops, task rewards, and joint promotions, to increase user acquisition rates.
- Market Trend Analysis: Pay attention to the dynamics of the DEX, DeFi, and Crypto industries, and regularly provide market insights and optimization suggestions.
- Strategy Optimization: Continuously optimize promotion strategies to improve content dissemination effectiveness and user conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, community management, or digital marketing, preferably in the DeFi/Crypto industry.
- Strong understanding of decentralized exchanges (DEX), DeFi protocols, and blockchain technology.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
- Experience managing social media platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.) and engaging with online communities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maximize user engagement and growth.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest developments in the crypto space.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
