Key Account Manager
Job Description: 1. Existing Client Maintenance and New Client Acquisition - Follow up and maintain client relationships (e.g., VIP clients, medium-net-worth clients, payment card clients), establish long-term trust, and provide personalized investment advice. - Offer one-on-one services to clients, such as promptly addressing asset deposit/withdrawal anomalies, transaction irregularities, coin listing updates, API connectivity issues, etc. Recommend suitable financial products to clients and explain product features, risks, and returns.
