Job Description: Position Overview: The core leader of contract business operations, responsible for the management and operation of the platform's perpetual contract business. This role drives business growth through data analysis and operational strategies and is accountable for key metrics of the platform's contract business, including trading volume (Volume), daily active users (DAU), open interest (OI), and business P&L. This position does not directly oversee system development.
Job Description: 1. Responsible for reviewing user withdrawals and handling daily risk cases 2. Conduct risk assessments on user behaviors (account security, abnormal funds, etc.) in accordance with risk control policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) 3. Identify suspicious activities, including but not limited to account theft, arbitrage, fraudulent promotions, and abnormal fund flows 4. Flag, block, and follow up on high-risk accounts 5. Collaborate with the strategy team to report identified issues and abnormal cases during the review process
