我方正在推进一项面向国际市场的加密货币卡项目，计划通过整合数字资产钱包、加密货币兑换、法币结算及银行卡支付能力，为用户提供便捷、安全、合规的数字资产消费解决方案。\n项目拟以自有品牌运营，产品初期以虚拟卡为主，后续根据业务发展推出实体卡，并逐步接入 Apple Pay、Google Pay、ATM取现及跨境支付等功能。\n我方并非自行开展银行卡发行或持牌金融业务，而是计划与具备相应资质的发卡机构、BIN Sponsor、电子货币机构、数字资产托管机构、流动性服务商及合规技术供应商合作，由各持牌机构在其授权范围内提供开户、身份审核、资产托管、兑换、清算及银行卡发行等服务。\n\nWe are advancing a cryptocurrency card project targeting the international market, aiming to provide users with a convenient, secure, and compliant solution for spending digital assets by integrating digital asset wallets, cryptocurrency exchange, fiat settlement, and card payment capabilities.\nThe project is intended to operate under our own brand; the product offering will initially focus on virtual cards, with physical cards to be introduced as the business develops, alongside the gradual integration of features such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, ATM withdrawals, and cross-border payments.\nWe do not intend to conduct card issuance or licensed financial operations ourselves; instead, we plan to partner with qualified entities—including card issuers, BIN sponsors, e-money institutions, digital asset custodians, liquidity providers, and compliance technology vendors—to have these licensed institutions provide services such as account opening, identity verification, asset custody, exchange, clearing, and card issuance within the scope of their respective authorizations.
