Job Description
The Virtual Currency Financial Expert Consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial architecture design and optimization recommendations for the company's virtual currency business. This role requires deep expertise in cryptocurrency financial operations and payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the overall financial architecture for the company's virtual currency operations
- Participate in financial process design for cryptocurrency payments
- Review existing financial processes to identify potential risks (such as fund mismatches, reconciliation anomalies, and on-chain risks)
- Assist in establishing virtual currency fund flow and accounting systems to ensure consistency between on-chain funds and internal accounts
- Guide product and technical teams to embed financial logic into systems (rather than manual processing)
- Provide best practices for cryptocurrency payment and clearing (referencing exchange/Crypto Payment/Crypto Card industry standards)
- Assist in designing reconciliation mechanisms (on-chain + system + third-party)
- Provide decision-making recommendations at critical junctures (such as channel selection, fund path design, and fee models)
Job Requirements
- Must have practical experience in cryptocurrency payments or exchange financial operations
- Preferred background in either:
- Cryptocurrency exchanges (clearing/settlement/finance/fund positions)
- Virtual currency payment companies
- Familiarity with mainstream blockchain networks (e.g., TRC20, ERC20) and their fund flow logic
- Experience in designing financial processes for virtual currency businesses
- Knowledge of reconciliation mechanisms (on-chain/internal accounts/channel reconciliation)
- Ability to independently identify issues and provide structured solutions
- Strong risk control awareness and understanding of common fund risk models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with virtual currency exchanges or various cryptocurrency payment products
- Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard channel settlement logic
- Experience managing multi-currency fund pools
- Cross-border payment or compliance experience
- Audit or risk control background
