Job Description:
Account Nurturing and Growth:
- Responsible for nurturing and growing Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) accounts from scratch (0-1), enhancing account weight and health.
- Develop standardized nurturing procedures and periodic plans to ensure stable output and minimize traffic restrictions.
Content Planning and Execution:
- Define account positioning, content direction, and posting schedules based on business needs.
- Handle topic selection, scriptwriting, note copywriting, publishing, and comment section interactions.
- Analyze and deconstruct trending content/viral notes on the platform to continuously optimize content structure and presentation.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor account metrics (exposure, reads, favorites, interactions, follower growth, conversions).
- Conduct weekly/monthly reviews, propose improvements, and iterate operational strategies.
Traffic and Conversion Support (if applicable):
- Design pathways from content → private messages → conversions to boost user inquiry and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional content releases and campaign pacing.
Job Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience in Xiaohongshu account nurturing/growth (provide account/case examples).
- Deep understanding of Xiaohongshu platform rules, traffic mechanisms, account health, and risk control.
- Strong content sensibility: skilled in crafting headlines, covers, copy structure, and engagement prompts.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to pivot content strategies based on performance metrics.
- Highly execution-oriented, resilient under pressure, and capable of meeting content production deadlines.
