Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies. The ideal candidate will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative campaigns and data-driven optimizations.
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Platform selection (e.g., X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Xiaohongshu, TikTok), content planning, scheduling, engagement mechanisms, and KPI monitoring.
- Manage social media accounts: Craft compelling posts, collaborate with designers/videographers for graphics/short videos, publish content, and monitor performance.
- Community engagement: Design online activities (e.g., AMAs, giveaways, challenges, UCG campaigns), interact with followers, manage comments/DMs, and gather user feedback for product/operations teams.
- Execute growth marketing: Utilize social ads, influencer marketing, co-marketing, referral programs, and content marketing to boost user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Data analysis and optimization: Define KPIs (new users, active users, conversion rates, engagement rates, CTR, CAC), generate reports, analyze trends, and refine strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing teams on brand campaigns, co-launches, media partnerships, and PR events to enhance Web3/DeFi/blockchain brand awareness.
- Trend adaptation: Track industry trends, competitor moves, platform algorithm updates, and propose innovative content formats/growth tactics.
- Budget management (if applicable): Oversee social media/advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred.
- 2-5 years in social media/growth/marketing; blockchain/crypto/Web3/DeFi experience highly valued.
- Proficiency in major platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram) including content strategies and ad mechanisms.
- Strong analytical skills with tools (native analytics, Excel/Sheets, BI tools); ability to derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for engaging social content and campaigns. Basic visual/video production knowledge is a plus.
- Innovative thinker thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Team player with genuine passion for blockchain/crypto industries.
- Fluent English required; bilingual Chinese-English capability preferred.
- Proven project management skills handling multiple social/growth initiatives.
