Job Description
1. Project Engagement and Evaluation: Responsible for liaising with members of the GreenX Global RWA Asset On-Chain Incubation Alliance and corporate clients to deeply understand their business structures, asset types, and on-chain feasibility. Organize the team to complete the evaluation, screening, and project initiation of RWA projects.
2. Token Listing Process Coordination: Oversee the entire process from asset tokenization and token issuance to exchange listings, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and feasibility throughout the listing process.
3. Incubation Alliance Liaison and Resource Coordination: Maintain efficient communication with Green Capital Group, Hong Kong brokerage firms, and other alliance members to coordinate funding, technology, market exposure, and compliance resources, providing support for corporate on-chain initiatives and market circulation.
4. Business Development and Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential high-quality enterprises, family trusts, and fund institutions to establish stable partnerships, driving more real-world assets into the alliance and expanding the RWA ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for RWA asset tokenization initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical, legal, and business teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and traditional finance sectors.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure project compliance.
- Create and present reports on project progress and market opportunities to senior management.
Job Requirements
1. Education and Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, blockchain technology, or business administration. Candidates with experience in investment banking, exchanges, or asset management will be given priority.
2. Professional Competencies: Familiarity with blockchain and digital asset issuance logic, understanding of RWA (Real World Asset) project mechanisms, token listing processes, and compliance requirements. Capable of asset valuation and market engagement, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end projects.
3. Business and Communication Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese, excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Ability to effectively engage with enterprises, high-net-worth institutions, family trusts, and overseas teams.
4. Industry Experience: Prior experience in exchanges, incubators, research institutions, Web3 companies, or capital management firms is preferred.
5. Malaysian citizenship will be prioritized.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in blockchain technology or financial analysis (e.g., CFA, FRM).
- Experience working in cross-border financial or regulatory environments.
- Established network in the Asian blockchain investment community.
- Track record of successful tokenization projects or digital asset listings.
