Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global social media strategy with a clear vision for growth and monetization
- Build and maintain a structured, data-informed content plan across platforms
- Lead a high-performing SMM team (currently 4+ people), assigning tasks and mentoring each member
- Oversee day-to-day execution, with priority on Twitter, while supporting Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube
- Conduct regular competitor and audience research to inform creative direction and positioning
- Collaborate with Editorial, PR and KOL/Influencer management teams to support and amplify campaigns
- Audit content performance, set clear KPIs, and align strategy with key metrics
- Refresh and optimize outdated content based on insights and evolving trends
- Finalize and present an updated strategy and a two-quarter roadmap in your first months
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record in strategy development
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 4+ members
- Expertise in data-driven content planning and performance analysis
- Deep understanding of major social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market and competitor research
- Creative thinking with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience setting and achieving measurable KPIs for social media campaigns
- Proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global or multi-market social media strategies
- Background in both organic and paid social media campaigns
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and KOL collaboration strategies
- Experience in content refresh and optimization processes
